L’Oréal Brandstorm Competition: What Should You Know?
In essence, Brandstorm is a global metaverse competition by L’Oréal Groupe and the metaverse events company RLTY. This competition aims to support talented students in the beauty niche to evolve and gain popularity in their new careers.
For example, this year’s main theme is “cracking the new codes of beauty.” Each participant must come up with an augmented beauty project using VR, AI technology, and other Web3 tools. The top projects will receive access to Salesforce’s e-learning platform, an official certification, and a breakdown of their ideas with L’Oréal’s experienced team.
“Brandstorm has become a universe of opportunities for all the participants, and this year, we’ve decided to push the experience for them further, giving life to a dedicated space in web3,” explained Talent Acquisition Director Stefanie Messner. “Brandstorm aims to upskill and develop youth globally, becoming such a career booster for all participants. At the same time, it is a unique occasion for L’Oréaliens to be close to the young generation and give back!”
Why Did the Group Partner With RLTY?
RLTY is a metaverse-centered platform founded in January 2022 by three co-founders: Raphaël Assouline, Jérôme Guilmet, and Zack Sabban. This innovative brand helps companies tailor the perfect metaverse events and experiences to showcase their vision via Web3 tech. For instance, RLTY can offer their clients a proprietary 3D environment – a clever Metaverse solution.
L’Oréal’s long-awaited competition Brandstorm might be the perfect opportunity to put a spotlight on the future generation and their bright minds.
