Michelin to launch Michelin 3xplorer Club NFT series on Ethereum

Global tire manufacturer, Michelin, has announced the launch of the non-fungible token (NFT) series “Michelin 3xplorer Club”. It is set of 5,000 NFTs that will go on sale and be minted on Ethereum on June 15.
The renowned Michelin food guide may be connected to the NFT collection.

Michelin’s NFT Membership Cards to offer exclusive benefits
According to Wu Blockchain, Michelin will release 5,000 NFT series dubbed “Michelin 3xplorer Club” n Ethereum on June 15. It might be coupled with the renowned Michelin food list. Holders of NFT format member cards will be given privileges.

The move comes days after Michelin launched the Michelin 3xplorer Club, a community built around an exclusive 5,000-piece NFT collection, as an announcement of its entry into web3.
According to Michelin, all members will have access to the Michelin 3xplorer Club community, and those with NFT format member cards will have preferential access. The program embodies the brand’s desire to keep pushing boundaries, conquering new terrain, and going on new journeys with its customers.

Michelin 3xplorer Club NFTs have unique Michelin man artwork
Members of the Michelin 3xplorer Club will own a distinctive digital piece that features the Michelin Man. There will also be a lottery and community challenges to allow members to enjoy special events.
The first phase of Michelin’s web3 strategy was the brand’s entry into the NFT market with the “Michelin 3xplorer Club” collection. This was an illustration of Michelin’s dedication to giving its clients new experiences and strengthening its bonds with the local community.
Some of the partners in Michelin’s project include; Goeland Studio, a digital creative agency specializing in virtual and augmented reality, Exclusive, a company specializing in designing web3 and metaverse experiences; and getbulldog.xyz, a startup focusing on web3 and NFTs.
